| I have a question about AP.
Just stared playing again and I am having a ton of fun with this game, much of what annoyed me the last time I played (2years ago) is fixed and it's really really fun. It's nice to say that about an MMO,especially a Sony one ,anyhow....
Playing a 'zerker, level 39 atm he has 16 AP I think, keeping in mind that this is a character I was playing before and was lvl 34(and AP didn't exist or was implemented differently becuase I had none) when I started playing him again last week. I have been a bit slow leveling as I was getting Harvesting up and basically just taking it easy trying to do quests but I find you level quite a bit faster than I remember it being especially since I think I have played a total of maybe 4 hours actually actively XPing and got 5 levels doing this. So I have 16 AP in that time and seems you want to be around 100 by the time you hit Kunark and I am wondering if I stick to mostly doing Quests if I will be at that mark when I hit around 70 or should I shut off Combat XP and just hit Quests for a while leveling AA.
There is 2 or more zones per tier it seems and quests from one zone is enough to level you through that tier which leaves an entire second zone's worth of quests I could be doing for AP, should I bother with this or just level? Is AP a nuisance to get at higher levels or does it come just as easy?
I know you can always earn it after 80 but if it's easier to get them done at a lower level for whatever reason I would like to know ahead of time.
Also are tradeskills worth it at all? I did a bit of them and it's alot better than having to do pre-combines and such last time I played, but it seems the only things I can make as an Armorer that people would buy require rare harvests and that shit is to rare to collect myself and to expensive to buy and make no money on. Harvesting itsef makes sense to me even though it's annoying but I am finding the tradeskill proces to be a bit boring and I don't really feel like wasting time on something that's ultimately going to be just that.
