I got Heart-Shaped Box by Joe Hill and The Accidental Empire: Israel and the Birth of the Settlements, 1967-1977 by Gershom Gorenberg on the way from Amazon.

I read 20th Century Ghosts by Joe Hill a few weeks ago and am a big fan - it's very Stephen King (not surprising as Joe is his son).
