How does that stacking work with that?
Do you have 9 15% chances to proc a 9hp heal? or do you have a 63% chance to proc a 9hp heal?
And from what you said I take it the +heal thing adds up for make it 79, thats pretty cool.
How expensive is it to piece this together and what level would one have to be to wear it?
