| BF2 doesn't have wide screen support. I don't think 2142 does either.
In any case I am not sure just adding the option to your shortcut is enough. It may well be an it's another issue causing the blackscreen, but I seem to remember (and it's been some time since I played) having to do something else to a config or something to force the game to stretch for wide.
Or I am wrong, I dunno. either way the game looks kinda gay in WS since it stretches .
Dice doesn't like to support WS because much like their fucking retarded cone of fire mechanics, they don't want players to have advantages over other players who might not have the same hardware. |
