| I use an EMG 81 in the bridge and a 60 in the Neck, mainly play metal. The 60 is pretty warm nice for clean,but better mixed with the 81 for raunchy blues style hard rock which I am also a fan of, kinda old Aerosmith/G'n'R style.
The 81 just sears, solid bottom end with decent highs, not so good for soling but great for rythym. |
