I dunno. Which is worse: a closet homosexual from another era getting his thrills in an airport bathroom stall, or a anti-corruption legal champion running an operation more appropriate for the mafia? Getting some in a men's restroom might be scummy, but this is gainful.
Edit: Excuse my speculation based on the headlines and first write-ups. I don't think a client is part of a ring.
