Sanctum of the Scaleborn can be done at 55+ if you have a good group. If I mixed it up, it's something like that. But, of course, when you get at the end, it's high 60 low 70 (the mobs).

I'm not so sure on the exact level on Meldrath. :[ I never leveled there except PLing people there, lol. But, Klak'anon and SoS are really good exps0rs.
