It was due this Feb but they pushed it back to Fall.

That is old... they've done a lot of "new songs" during the 2006-2007 tours. Most of them were absolute shit and I doubt would make it to the album.

EDIT: BTW most people are fans of the older Metallica. Just that a lot of people hate on them for the last 10 years (Napster + shitty albums)
