| I've been pulling for Cirie to go the entire time, but I finally had to admit she is playing the game well after last night. Surprisingly she is very keen to everything that goes on and what it means to her position in the game. The fact that she is physically weak has helped her a lot considering she is one of the least trustworthy people on the island, and a non-stop schemer. I'm surprised no one else took notice in the first few episodes when she was arguing with Jonathan and calling him untrustworthy when she was clearly the first person to backstab someone and also being an annoying bitch on top of that. However, she will probably go far now that people will keep her around for her vote and the perception that she wont be a threat later.
That being said, overall people are playing the worst game in survivor history. Overstrategizing and alliance forming started way to early which has led to strong people going home instead of weak ones. Having the "numbers" inside your own tribe doesnt mean shit when you merge and the other team has the numbers over your divided team. Not only does this piss me off, but it makes for bad tv (except for Chet getting dragged, which I was hoping for when I saw him paired w/ Joel).
I've also decided that I'm going to apply for the next survivor when ever it applications go up. If I made it I would try and play the game like Ethan from season 3 (Africa). Lay low, not step on anyones toes for as long as possible. I wouldnt mind being the 4th/5th guy in a strong alliance, because if said alliance makes it down to the final 5/6 you actually have a lot of swaying power, especially if you win an immunity. You also probably get some bonus points from the Jury for cracking the tight group and avoiding a lot of the hate (hopefully it goes to the more vocal "leader") from the Jury members for being ousted.
Edit: Has anyone here tried applying before?
