Australia or New Zealand.

English, the women like Americans, and lots to see and do. Plus, in November, it will be not-freezing.

Ireland would be cool, but I don't know about 15 days. Of course, if you did go there, you could always head to a nearby country and make a tour of it.

I know a guy who went backpacking around New Zealand for almost a month and he just couldn't say enough good about it.

My R&R coming up is going to be home, but if I were single or I didn't have kids, I'd hit up Australia.
