I second the Ireland suggestion. Went there a few weeks ago with some mates, and it was absolutely amazing.

Drinking Guinness all day never gets boring, plus there's quite a lot to see as well.

Or visit Denmark. The women here in Scandinavia are gorgeous, and most young people speak english, so there shouldn't be any huge language barrier either.
