In VT, you work for your loot. There is no fucking safe spot to sit and pull to - the safe spot is a figment of your imagination. If you have sat anywhere for over 45 mins and not moved, then you are either about to visit your bind point or in the middle of fighting the respawn of the spawn you just thought you finished killing.

Basically... it's brutal. The first area of VT is a walk in the PARK compared to what it takes to get to these bosses (this being the first of 4-5). The fight itself lasted over 30 minutes with at least four respawned adds that joined in to help this guy beat our asses down. Coincidentally this was our third or fourth shot at trying to kill this son of a bitch in 3 days.
Persistance pays off in this world and this is what we have to show for it...

The tunic, well it speaks for itself. It's pure own. The Trident... Great weapon, only problem is, there are a lot of Va Dyn in VT, and this weapon becomes useless vs. those mobs. It should also include Bane: Va Dyn in its Bane listing. The backstab modifier should be removed and replaced with a %piercing modifier, to max the effectiveness of non-pierce capped classes which can use the item. The payoff for rogues using it are the 17/18 pt Backstabs they can pull off in VT and the insane DPS.
Anyways, VT is still great fun, and I'm sure after a few fine tunes are made (mainly lowering the mob type or mob count in certain parts of the zone) the people that come after us will enjoy it just as much as we have.
